Featherlight 35
The Featherlight 35 is arguably the world's lightest wooden ice hockey stick designed for youth players (under 9 years old), weighing 305 grams – approximately 1/3 lighter than conventional wooden sticks and equal to or even lighter than comparable composite ice hockey sticks. The extra thinner shaft is crafted for children's hands and can be optionally chosen with or without grip. At 117cm (46 inches), it serves as an ideal entry-level model for hockey school/U9, typically fitting well in length for children between 7-9. The balanced construction, coupled with the narrow shaft and ultra-light core, provides an appropriate flex (35) with excellent shooting properties, aiding in the improvement of stickhandling. The slightly smaller blade assists in practicing good puck control to develop a feel for the puck.

Wood is a renewable resource and, compared to composites, reduces the carbon footprint associated with stick production.
For our sticks, we exclusively use wood from trees planted in the EU. For our ultra-light wooden core, we use wood from sustainably managed plantations (Spain).
All our materials for the stick (wood, laminates, adhesive, grip, color), as well as our packaging, are sourced within Europe (EU/CH).
Each stick is handcrafted by a family-run business in the EU, reducing transportation distances and resulting emissions.
Our shafts are, with some effort, biodegradable and thus environmentally friendly. We are committed to finding alternatives for parts that are not yet biodegradable.
We offer a one-time repair or replacement within 30 days from the original purchase date ("Warranty Period") for the breakage of a stick occurring under normal playing conditions, provided that the conditions are met according to the terms and conditions.
